As a
reminder: All Search Report charges are listed on your credit card statement as "CTE
Computer."
Read
through the commonly asked questions below. If the answer to your question is not listed,
contact customer service using the form below. Please note that in order to keep our
pricing low, customer service can only answer questions relating to current Search orders.
How long
does a Search actually take?
Most orders typically take 1-2 business days unless listed otherwise in the Search detail
information. Add additional time for holidays, courthouse records, civil records, and
specialty Searches. These types of Searches can take 1-10 days, depending on the Search
requested.
How are
the Search results returned to me?
You will be notified via email as soon as the results from your Search are in. Search
results are returned to you via email at the address you provided on your order form.
Incomplete or incorrect email addresses will result in your Search report being sent to
someone other than you.
Who
determines what information is included in the Search results?
How is
my credit card billing handled?
All charges are listed on your credit card statement as "CTE Computer." The charges are for the labor to
research your request, not for the accuracy or amount of data returned. Fees are not
refundable. Please note: Credit card fraud or failure to pay any credit card charge for a
requested Search report will result in a through investigation by us and a negative "failure to pay" posting made to your credit
record with the three major credit breaus.
What if
I still have a question?
Too keep our rates
low, we do not offer telephone or US mail support on Search Reports.If you are not sure
which report you should be ordering read the summary pages for each report. This
information will assist you in determining which report is best for your needs. Customer Service will answer
questions on existing orders only.
As a reminder: All
Search Report charges are listed on your credit card statement as "CTE
Computer."
To
follow up on your existing order, email customer
service. Required: Include your name, the type of
report ordered, the search subject's name, your email address, and phone number. Inquiries without this required
information can not be answered!
Can I mail my order via US Mail?
If you choose, you
may mail your order along with full payment, cash or money order ONLY, to us. Please note
that this will add at least a week's delay to the Search process. If you notify us via email that you are mailing in an order, yor order
will be returned to you quicker.
